In her workshop "Healing Your Relationships", Helena Meyer brings to us the understanding and the actual experience of universal laws that govern relationships. She takes us to a place within our own being, where the mind is quiet and the deep reservoir of silence within opens to us. As we experience deeper and deeper levels of silence, a beautiful thing begins to happen: our heart expands. This is the first universal law of divine relationships: the experience of the heart which we subjectively experience as joy, comfort, expansion and love, is in direct relationship with the calming of the mind. Many may say here "I don't remember when my mind was quiet. I have thoughts all the time, most of them useless, just a running on of thoughts." There lies the root of the problems, the emptiness that we feel in the heart is caused because the mind is racing. Once one experiences the wonderful and simple exercise that Helena Meyer applies, the mind gets quiet and the heart expands. Love begins to flow, without having an object, just by itself. This is a simple reality.
There are 8 universal principles that govern divine relationship, as simple and nevertheless the basis for manifesting divine relationships with parents, partners, children, boss, colleagues, and even God.
