In her workshop "Healing Your Relationships", Helena Meyer brings to us the understanding and the actual experience of universal laws that govern relationships. As we experience deeper and deeper levels of silence, a beautiful thing begins to happen: our heart expands. This is the first universal law of divine relationships: the experience of the heart which we subjectively experience as joy, comfort, expansion and love, is in direct relationship with the calming of the mind. Many may say here "I don't remember when my mind was quiet. I have thoughts all the time, most of them useless, just a running on of thoughts." There lies the root of the problems, the emptiness that we feel in the heart is caused because the mind is racing.
