"Pay What You Can" Life Purpose Weekend Workshop
Money will flow when you are in alignment with your soul purpose.
Are you wondering what your life purpose is? Are you wondering how to stay true to your purpose in challenging economic times? If so, I recommend this two day workshop in which you will be taken, gently, through the following five stages of clarifying and manifesting your life purpose, especially in this economic climate.
1. Understanding your persona's (and limiting belief systems) which have created your current reality;
2. Taking responsibility for your part in creating your past so that you may re-create something new and wonderful (free from your past limitations);
3. Identifying your inner purpose (who you are at your Core);
4. Identifying your outer purpose (how you choose to express your Core in the outer world); and
5. Making a commitment to live true to your purpose.
Using a unique body-centered style of facilitation, you will emerge with clarity, focus and understanding of your self and your purpose on a deep level. You will also get a re-newed understanding of the relationships in your life and how they tie into your purpose.

Ayurveda Tips: Pitta Balancing
Characteristics of Pitta include sharpness, heat, and acidity. Lifestyle and diet that are opposite to these three qualities help restore balance Pitta dosha. Pitta is more likely to be aggravated in the summer months.
Lifestyle and Diet Recommendations
1. Lifestyle recommendation for balancing Pitta is to avoid heating up --both physically and emotionally. This means: Avoid being in the heat during summertime, including taking hot baths. Avoid exercising when it's hot. Avoid emotionally "hot" situations Ð situations that bring anger up in you. Avoid time pressure. Avoid heavy exercising at any time Ð moderate exercise will help balance pitta. Be with happy people, avoid "sour" company. Unhappy people bring raise acidity in us, happiness and love alkalize our body.
2. Do not skip meals. Do not fast. Eat around noon. Do not wait to eat until you are very hungry. Delaying meals can cause excess acidity, so eat on time every day. Start your day with cooked sweet fruit, followed by cereal that contains no sugar. Eat a sustaining meal at lunchtime, and a lighter meal for dinner. For snacking, choose sweet juicy fruit--fully ripe mangoes, sweet pears and sweet juicy grapes are excellent. The Helena Meyer Pitta Body Oil cools pitta and soothes emotions. 3. Stay cool in warm weather by wearing loose light colored cotton clothing. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses to protect your eyes when you go out. Drink lots of room- temperature water.
4. Balance work and play. Play in water since this will hydrate the body, skin and emotions.
5. To soothe sensitive skin, to balance the emotions and to nourish the skin and nerves, treat yourself to an ayurvedic massage in our spa. Awakening
Why We're Under Pressure
The pressure we are experiencing on our mental level is being caused by the combination of Saturn and dwarf planet Ceres which are connecting the Crown Chakra to the Ajna or Brow Chakra. There is an intense download of information coming in through the Crown and putting pressure on the Ajna.
The download is activating the Pineal Gland. This pineal gland is activated by Light energy, and it controls the various bio-rhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body's thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it awakens, we can feel a pressure at the base of the brain. The pineal gland is a link between our physical and spiritual aspects. It transmutes physical information and gives it a spiritual reality. It transmutes spiritual information and gives it a physical reality.
The pressure is coming partly from within, from our tendency to
believe we have to make sense of things right here and right now rather than allowing a flow of abstract, non-linear information to flood our system. There is no need to DO anything. No need to act. No need to find a solution, make plans, change your life in any way. Although the pressure may have you feeling like you should do something, thatÕs not the case.
Consciously relaxing the Crown Chakra and the Ajna Chakra will help. Take some time to ground yourself, and then imagine white light streaming down into your Crown Chakra. Be aware of any tightness, any resistance and breathe through it, allowing a relaxing and natural unforced opening to happen. Then gently allow the energy to flow down to the Ajna, again breathing through any resistance, allowing a relaxed and natural opening to occur.
Being grounded is even more important than usual when this sort of download is happening. Not engaging your rational mind in the process is crucial. This is a right brain, abstract, non-linear energy and your rational mind is simply getting in the way. Its turn will come later, when we get to the integrative stage. Engaging your rational mind at this stage only creates confusion.
Right now we are simply being imprinted. We need to be in receiving mode only at the mental level. With Mercury, Venus and Mars all at the Throat Chakra, there is a strong feeling that we should be
DOING. Unless it's effortless, don't! Sleep is good, because it allows the energy to come in without the personality filters that operate when we are in waking consciousness.
The inspiration coming through is about reinterpreting the past, to look at it with different eyes. It's about us seeing how the existing structures of humanity have not supported our nourishment and nurturance on a personal or global level. You'll find on a personal level that you'll be having experiences where you do something you've always done and go... omg! that feels terrible! I was talking to a friend this morning who told me sheÕs finding it almost impossible to
make herself go to work. "There's nothing in it that's about me." She was puzzled and confused because sheÕs always enjoyed working and it never mattered too much what the work was.
Our sensitivity has risen to a level where we can no longer engage in systems of work, play, relating, that are not truly nurturing for us at every level. This is a time to focus on what feels nurturing. Theres no need to dwell on the things that aren't working, that don't feel good, because they are leaving your life and that's the only reason why you are aware of them.
This is the Channel of Dreaming. So even if you usually don't, this week you probably will.
