New Basic Meditation 8-week Class starting January 4
This meditation class is an experiential class from a Western Mystical Perspective.
This class is for those ready to explore them Selves as Spirit and learn transformative tools how to safely work with energy. The focus of the class is learning self awareness and grounded in the belief that we all have our own information and energy.

The teacher:
Stefanie Pitthan-Garcia began her study of meditation, clairvoyance and healing at the age of 15. Her training began with the Berkley Psychic Institute in Mountain View, California. She finished her training in Clairvoyance, Meditation and Teaching in four years of private study with her teacher Charlette Rose in Seattle, Washington . Her intention is that of healing and self discovery.

H2T Astrology for the month of December 2010

The month of December beckons all of us to take a grounded and practical stance while we prepare for the future. We want our arrows of desire and freedom to fly with strong intention – hitting their target dead on.
This kind of grounded commitment and intention takes strength, focus and energy.
So listen up.
December 6th Uranus turns direct in Pisces and for 4 days we are all systems go - BUT on the 10th Mercury turns retrograde in Capricorn.
Translated: This month gives us the opportunity to fine-tune the new direction you will be heading in the New Year. Review your plans, finances and intended actions so you can move forward with clarity and resolution when Mercury moves direct on the 30th.
You will find success.
Body-system-wise: Clean up your blood and the systems that move you forward – your hips and thighs. Get a massage, stretch, walk, and talk to your practitioner about a cleanse for the blood – the carrier of your energy. Remember to take lots of naps, as your adrenals could be taxed with this year-end.
Clean up and clean out for the New Year to come! And remember to share your bounty - your time and energy - the most important gift of all.
