This meditation class is an experiential class from a Western Mystical Perspective.
This class is for those ready to explore them Selves as Spirit and learn transformative tools how to safely work with energy. The focus of the class is learning self awareness and grounded in the belief that we all have our own information and energy.
Pre Requisite: Meeting with the teacher.

Stefanie Pitthan-Garcia began her study of meditation, clairvoyance and healing at the age of 15. Her training began with the Berkley Psychic Institute in Mountain View, California. She finished her training in Clairvoyance, Meditation and Teaching in four years of private study with her teacher Charlette Rose in Seattle, Washington . Her intention is that of healing and self discovery.
