Sara Libal- Spa Coordinator Sara Libal, a recent transplant from southern California, has a strong background in administrative support and is always looking for the next new challenge. Her love of the holistic lifestyle began after managing an all natural skincare line developed by a homoeopathic practitioner in Ventura CA. Discovering that how you felt and how your body reacted not only from what you put in it, but on it as well, fed her desire to live a more holistic life. She went back to school, and after completing her studies in Holistic Nutrition, she opened a coffee shop/bakery in 2010 that specialised in gluten free and diabetic friendly foods and drinks. She hopes to continue learning more about holistic health and wellness and in turn she would like to one day be able to help educate others on a better way of life. In her free time Sara loves to cook and write short stories.
