 Meredith Guthrie - Massage TherapistMeredith graduated from the Wellness Massage and Spa Therapy Program at The Atlanta School of Massage in 1999 where she studied Swedish, Shiatsu, and Reflexology and touched on many more modalities that she incorporates into her work. Her passion is Reiki, which has led her into the direction of The Healing Arts. Meredith's massage is tailored to relax the mind, body, spirit, and melt away tension stored in the muscles due to negative emotions, behaviors, patterns, and injury. Her goal is to nurture, care, take you to the core of your being to the positive realization of yourself and to have a wonderful spa experience. Meredith's time outside of work is spent in the mountains of Colorado with her 2 girls, husband, dog, and cat. |
