| Jan Waller-Taylor, CMT - Massage Therapist Jan offers a variety of nurturing and therapeutic Massage and Energy techniques. Jan is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Raindrop Therapy, Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing, and Watsu Aquatic Bodywork. Jan has a deep level of presence and allows the body to communicate it�s needs, then provides services that are individualized to meet those needs. Jan also teaches Reiki and empowers clients by providing resources, support, and nutritional consultation to help clients learn to listen to and trust their intuition and body�s wisdom, and deepen their understanding of the Mind-Body-Spirit connection. |
