Helena Meyer - Ayurvedic Practitioner We are now offering complete Ayurvedic wellness consultations with Helena Meyer. She has been practicing the Ayurvedic system of holistic health for over 21 years. With her special gift of tongue diagnosis, Helena identifies areas of old blocks or patterns where disease begins. As a result, one experiences not only better general wellbeing, but emotional and mental wellbeing as well. Helena is also the formulator and manufacturer of our all organic skin & body care and aromatherapy line. She will also address subjects such as aging, skin disorders and weight problems, including cellulite and stretch marks. Helena has studied Ayurveda and Vedic Science and she is a graduate of the Vedic University MUM in Fairfield Iowa.
