Denise Powell - Massage Therapist

Denise Powell is a Nationally Certified, Colorado State Certified, and New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is also certified in holistic health counseling. She received her degree in Massage Therapy in 2004 at the Swedish Institute: School of Allied Health Sciences in New York City.

She has years of experience practicing massage, primarily in Manhattan, where she owned a busy private practice and also worked in high-end spas, including the Ritz Carlton New York Central Park and the Hotel Gansevoort. Specializing in (although not limited to) sports/deep tissue massage, Denise is an official massage therapist for the USTA at the US Open and enjoys working with with avid runners and tri-athletes. In addition, she has studied traditional northern-style Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand and is certified in Pre and Post-Natal Massage. Having recently re-located to Boulder, Denise is very excited to be a part of the Sensorielle team! She is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
